The girl who doesn't rule her own world
I can't take this kindness anymore
It hurts me in a way
I couldn't possibly say
I can't take this sorrow anymore
It gets me to think
What made you find me as gracious as the wind.
I can't take this wanting anymore
It feels like a bad trip
And I don't want to get a grip
I can't take anything anymore
I need to expel you sick presence
That hurts me with your absence.
And I do need to find another way
To wash away the pain
The water from the shower I took hasn't.
Nor the tears.
It hurts me in a way
I couldn't possibly say
I can't take this sorrow anymore
It gets me to think
What made you find me as gracious as the wind.
I can't take this wanting anymore
It feels like a bad trip
And I don't want to get a grip
I can't take anything anymore
I need to expel you sick presence
That hurts me with your absence.
And I do need to find another way
To wash away the pain
The water from the shower I took hasn't.
Nor the tears.
